name on the oval. Cuts sugar sheets quickly and easily. Also use to punch or fondant. Best results for fondant is using a 50/50 blend of fondant and gum paste rolled out to a 1/8 to 1/16" thickness. This item has be discontinued by the manufacturer.  Limited quantities available.
