LorAnn's super strength Peppermint  Oil is a concentrated oil- three to four time the strength of water or alcohol based estracts.  A small amount will go a long ways.  When substituting these flavorings for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.  Certified Kosher and Gluten-free.  Water Soluble
