Strawberry flavor. A small amount goes a long ways. LorAnn's super strength oils are 3 to 4 times the strength of water (alcohol-based) based extracts. Use in candy making, cakes, cookies, frostings, chocolate coatings, desserts, ice cream and other confectionery applications. 1 fl Dram
When substituting these oils for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teasoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. May cause some thinkening in chocolate and chocolate coatings-Just add coconnut oil, or cocoa butter to thin and smooth- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound.
