| We set out to create a Pizza Casserole that you would be proud to serve to your family and friends. One, they will ask you for your recipe. Well we think our Peace A casserole does this very well. Easy and very tasty as described, but feel free to make this your own by adding more toppings. Cook noodles in 6 cups of boiling water until tender (10-15 minutes), drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown 1.5 to 2 lbs ground beef, chicken or turkey.Drain grease. Add seasoning pack to meat, 8 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of water and a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes or a jar your favorite salsa. Continue to heat on medium stiring to melt the cream cheese, add the cooked noodles. You can finish in the pan by adding 1 cup of shredded mozzerela cheese and serving after the cheese melts, or by transfering to an oven friendly pan, topping with the mozzerella and melting / browing in a 350 Deg F. oven.
