Awsome taste with the convenience of a casserole.  Easy to make, quick to complete and a homemade dish that will have them asking for more. Directions: Place noodles in 6 cups of boiling water and boil until tender ( 10 to 15 miniute), drain and set aside, In a large skillet, brown 1.5 to 2 lbs of ground beef, chicken or turkey. Drain Well. Addd contents of the seasoning pack, 1 15 ounce can of tomatoes our your favorite salsa and simmer on medium for 5 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Reduce heat and serve wh cvheese is melted. You can enjoy as it is, or top with sour cream, onions cilantro, jalapeno, any of you favorites.  You can also bake this dish for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 deg F oven. (cooking times vary by oven).
